We need an accomplished Product Manager to build our culture and discipline around how we manage and prioritize products requirements and features, define product strategies and roadmaps, and maintain the speed, accuracy, and rigor of our execution in our security operating system as a platform developed to deliver capabilities and provide the best customer experiences.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a backlog of detailed requirements and roadmaps through incorporating new use cases, feedback from customers & partners, and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
- Prioritize and maintains the rigor of execution to ensure the product is launched accurately and on schedule
- Partner with marketing and professional service teams to provide technical enablement and training.
- Work closely with cloud providers, technology vendors, and partners to develop integrations for security workflows, automation, and data integrations.
- Participate in go-to-market plans, working and guiding product marketing, sales engineering, and sales on technical solutions and approaches.
- Coordinate remote development teams, facilitate communication, and work collaboratively throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams: engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Contribute and/or develop various aspects of field-facing collateral including white papers, blogs, presentations, product demonstrations, and social media campaigns.
- Travel (approximately 15%) for customer visits, industry conferences, thought leadership, evangelism, and supporting activities at trade shows.
Required Skills:
- Must have managed products/feature areas through an entire software development lifecycle and a proven track record of successful delivery of software products to markets.
- A laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making to enable product delivery with quality and on time to delight customers.
- Proficient in front-end and back-end architecture & design
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
- Well-honed influencing skills and familiarity with the Agile framework
- Working knowledge and experience in cloud and security products/services from leading cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google.
- BS in computer science/engineering, or related field.
Desired Skills:
- 3-5+ years of software product management experience in on-prem and/or cloud security, SIEM, UEBA, network security, or endpoint security products.
- Technical marketing, marketing operations, and/or sales engineering experiences.
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Domain knowledge of security monitoring and detections, incident response, regulatory compliance, threat detection, and cloud security use cases
